Community Connect - Giving Back Together

At 4C STEM Club, we are committed to fostering a culture of community service and leadership. Through partnerships with local organizations, non-profits, park districts, village programs, and more, our club offers a wide range of meaningful volunteering opportunities for our members and their families.

This initiative is led by our member Adhya Garlapati, who actively gathers and shares these opportunities, ensuring that our club members can engage in impactful service, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the betterment of our community.

Global Impact - Connecting Youth Worldwide

At 4C STEM Club, we believe in the power of collaboration and volunteering to create meaningful impact. In partnership with the OMNIA Institute of Contextual Leadership, we are launching the Peer Pal and Peer Preparation programs—initiatives led by our member Adhya Garlapati—to support and empower students in developing countries through mentorship and academic guidance.

Our Peer Pal Program connects youth in developing countries with peers through virtual conversations and Zoom sessions, fostering global friendships, empathy, and leadership. Through these cross-cultural interactions, students gain confidence, communication skills, and a broader world perspective—empowering them to grow academically and personally.

Our Peer Preparation Program empowers students in developing countries with key communication, leadership, social, and STEM skills—helping them grow academically, build confidence, and become future changemakers in their communities.
