The 4C STEM Club proudly received the Groovin’ Buffalo Award from the Village of Buffalo Grove, celebrating our efforts as a leading youth group shaping a bright community future. This award recognizes our members’ passion, commitment, and impact in STEM and community service.
The 4C STEM Club donated and actively maintains a Free Little Library in our community, encouraging reading, learning, and sharing knowledge. This initiative reflects our commitment to literacy, education, and creating a positive impact for people of all ages.
The 4C STEM Club proudly donated and planted a tree in our community, contributing to a greener environment and promoting sustainability. This initiative reflects our members’ commitment to environmental stewardship and making a positive impact on the world around us.
Our Impact in 2024–25
In the school year 2024-25, the 4C STEM Club made a measurable difference through STEM, leadership, and community service:
- Over 1,500 people impacted through our programs and initiatives.
- 180 hours of learning opportunities provided for the community.
- 105 leadership hours developed through club activities.
- 75 club events hosted for members.
- 70 community service hours contributed by our club.
- 35 community events organized to engage and educate the public.
Through these efforts, our members gained hands-on STEM experience, developed leadership skills, and positively impacted our community — all while fostering curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.
4C STEM Club received Young Buff award from Village of Buffalo Grove and got recognized as the best youth group representing the bright future of our community! This award highlights the hard work, passion, and dedication of our club members who are committed to advancing STEM and making a positive impact!
4C STEM Club participated in the 2025 Lake County Robotics Competition organized by the College of Lake County, won 4 awards and $325 in prize money. The team invested over 100 hours of hard work from January to April 2025 leading up to the competition.

Throughout the 2023–24 academic year, the 4C STEM Club strengthened its impact in STEM, leadership, and service
- Over 1,000 people impacted through our programs and outreach efforts.
- 150 STEM learning hours completed by members.
- 80 leadership hours contributed by student leaders from our club.
- 60 hours of learning opportunities provided for the community.
- 50 community service hours supporting local initiatives.
- 50 club events organized for members.
- 20 community events hosted to engage local families and students.
