About Our Director
Deepthi Chiruvuri
As the Director of the 4C STEM Club, Deepthi Chiruvuri sees STEM as a powerful force for passion, empowerment, community, innovation, impact, and lifelong learning. For Deepthi, it’s about inspiring the next generation to dream big, work hard, and make meaningful contributions to the world.
Deepthi generously volunteers her time to lead and mentor the club’s members while balancing her full-time role as an IT Portfolio Manager. Her dedication ensures that the club not only fosters creativity and curiosity but also instills leadership, teamwork, and a strong sense of civic responsibility among its students.
We are incredibly proud to have a leader who embodies these values and fosters an environment where creativity and curiosity can thrive. Under Deepthi’s guidance, the 4C STEM Club looks forward to many more incredible journeys, discoveries, and impactful projects in the community and beyond.
Founder's Story
Adhya Garlapati
The 4C STEM Club began with a simple yet bold vision from an 11-year-old girl determined to make a difference. In a world where access to STEM opportunities wasn’t always equitable, she saw the potential to empower young minds, build stronger communities, and spark a lifelong love for science, technology, engineering, and math.
Driven by curiosity and a desire to give back, she founded the club with the goal of creating a space where students could explore STEM, grow personally, and make meaningful contributions to their communities. What started as a small idea soon grew into a club recognized for its dedication to education, service, and innovation.
Her journey wasn’t without challenges, but her perseverance and leadership turned the club into something extraordinary. By the age of 12, she had already led the club to become a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, ensuring it could expand its reach and impact.
Her story proves that age is no barrier to leadership, vision, or the power to create change. Today, the 4C STEM Club embodies her dream—a place where young people discover their potential and work together to shape a brighter future.
