A 501(c)(3) nonprofit, student-led organization dedicated to empower STEM

Adhya founded the 4C STEM Club at the age of 12 with a mission to inspire students to explore science, technology, engineering, and math through hands-on learning and community service. Under her leadership, the club earned 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and received multiple recognitions. Adhya leads the club’s STEM Research Program, guiding students through real-world scientific investigations and presentations. She has also spearheaded numerous environmental and community projects. Her passion for innovation and community impact continues to drive the club’s growth and success.

Ananmith is a passionate individual with a strong background in science and leadership. As a regional and state science fair gold medalist, he combines his commitment to scientific inquiry with the discipline and focus of a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo. With years of experience mentoring younger students, he now supports and guides peers in science, reflecting his dedication to both learning and teaching. At 4C STEM Club, Ananmith leads the Science Fair, an event hosted by our club for our community where students can participate and showcase their STEM projects, presentations, research, and innovations.

Nishchal has a keen interest in understanding and sharing tech-driven solutions to global challenges. He has participated in the FIRST LEGO League, where he applied his skills to develop innovative solutions and collaborate effectively with his teammates. At 4C STEM Club, Nishchal leads the teams participating in the Lake County Robotics Competition, mentoring students as they design, build, and program robots while fostering teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving.

As Director of 4C STEM Club, Deepthi Chiruvuri inspires and empowers students to explore STEM, follow their passions, and make meaningful contributions to their community. Balancing her full-time role as an IT Lead, she generously volunteers her time to mentor members, fostering creativity, leadership, teamwork, and civic responsibility. Under her guidance, the club nurtures curiosity, innovation, and hands-on STEM projects that challenge students to think critically and solve real-world problems. Deepthi’s dedication ensures that each member not only grows as a learner but also as a leader, ready to make a lasting impact on their community and beyond.

The 4C STEM Club began with a simple yet bold vision from an 11-year-old girl determined to make a difference. In a world where access to STEM opportunities wasn’t always equitable, she saw the potential to empower young minds, build stronger communities, and spark a lifelong love for science, technology, engineering, and math.

Driven by curiosity and a desire to give back, she founded the club with the goal of creating a space where students could explore STEM, grow personally, and make meaningful contributions to their communities. What started as a small idea soon grew into a club recognized for its dedication to education, service, and innovation.

Her journey wasn’t without challenges, but her perseverance and leadership turned the club into something extraordinary. By the age of 12, she had already led the club to become a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, ensuring it could expand its reach and impact. 

Her story proves that age is no barrier to leadership, vision, or the power to create change. Today, the 4C STEM Club embodies her dream—a place where young people discover their potential and work together to shape a brighter future.
