LeadUp Challenge - Leadership Certification Series

As part of our mission to empower young changemakers, 4C STEM Club is hosting the LeadUp Challenge program, led by our club member Adhya Garlapati. 

This leadership training and certification initiative features two challenges per school year, each including online leadership training and certification upon completion. The program is designed to help members build confidence and develop essential leadership and communication skills.

As part of 4C STEM Club’s commitment to nurturing future leaders and innovators, our club Director Deepthi Chiruvuri leads the Leadership & Entrepreneurship Advisory Program. 

This initiative focuses on mentoring young leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs, providing them with guidance, strategic direction, and practical insights to turn their ideas into impact. Through personalized support and real-world advice, participants gain confidence, clarity, and the skills needed to grow as changemakers.
