Org Chart

  • Our club is organized to ensure efficient operation and to maximize the impact of our activities. Above is an overview of our organization structure. 
  • LEAD is responsible to plan and propose activities/ events/ projects/ programs related to assigned focus element.
  • Will have monthly board meeting where the LEAD will present the proposed activities/ events/ projects/ programs including the estimated budget and expected date to host, to the club.
  • The committee will finalize the events, dates, plan and tasks and will confirm the event by adding them to our event calendar.
  • The driving factors for every club member to gain advantage of this club are: Ownership, Commitment, Willingness and Skills.

Operating Model

  • Our club will operate for total 8 months in a school year. September through April. Will have a year-end reorganization event in May.
  • Each club member will serve as a LEAD for one of the focus element for 4 months of period and will assign the new LEAD positions to all club members for the remaining 4 months.
  • Club will meet monthly 4 times, In-person or online depending on the programs. 2 Friday evenings after school hours and 2 Saturday mornings before Noon. Some times we need to attend events other than Friday and Saturday. Participation to our club events/meetings are optional, no obligation. We track the attendance and progress per club member and will recognize them at the end of school year.
  • Each club member need to wear uniform and name-tag to every club meeting because the appearance is matters because it’s represents Identity, Unity and Professionalism. Will give the links to Name Tag and white T-shirt for you to order. Black formal pants only accepted. Girls must tie hair in a pony. 
  • Siblings must register as a club member to be part of club activities.
  • BAND App is our main communication channel. We use BAND to maintain our club calendar and club members will RSVP event in BAND. Club members will commutate in BAND and through emails for effective response.  

Financial Model

Club Finance Bucket


  • Each club member will contribute $30 per month.
  • Total 8 Months in a school year and will collect 4 months fee(Sep/ Oct/ Nov/ Dec) in September and 4 months fee(Jan/ Feb/ Mar/ Apr) in January. 
  • Club members will have flexibility to discontinue the club in Jan, after 4 months or in May, at the end of the school year.
  • Will use this funds to operate our club, host club events and reach our goals from all four focus areas.
  • At the end of the school year, will make the balance NULL. No holding any amount for next school year. 
  • All club families will have access to club finance reports.


Executive Finance Bucket 


  • Every club member is allowed to raise the funds for club. This is a great skill to have and practice. Will recognize club members for the funds they raised.
  • Will use this funds towards operational costs like insurance, website hosting, signage, printing costs for promotional materials or newsletters, club dues, government fee, Tax filing cost, administrative supplies, etc.
  • We maintain this finance bucket throughout years.
